The internet of things (IoT) has become one the most important technologies 21<sup>st</sup> century. IoT environment is composed heterogeneous communication networks. These are complementary and need to be integrated meet requirements different types applications that require mobility device under In this paper, vertical handover decision method considered select appropriate network among technologies. So, devices, equipped with several radio technologies, can suitable based on criteria like quality service (QoS), cost, power, security. work, a multi-attribute decision-making algorithm (MADM) techniques for order preference by similarity an ideal solution (TOPSIS) uses chi-square distance instead Euclidean proposed. reputation added reduce average number handoffs. proposed was implemented best technology depending traffic classes. obtained results showed our proposition outperforms traditional MADM algorithms.
